Planet Green Force Summary
With the issue of global warming top of mind, Planet Green Force (PGF), in collaboration with UNESCO, is envisioned as a worldwide league for children PreK-12 with the aim to educate, ignite passion, build awareness and mount meaningful change in eradicating hunger (food security), battling global warming and embracing green initiatives. This is especially critical in areas where poor and marginalized communities experience environmental injustice. Individual chapters established at schools / locally work towards community sustainability and ultimately more far-reaching solutions, allowing youth to reach their full potential as agents of change and encouraging others to emulate this behavior.
